Planon renforce son organisation internationale de gestion de projets et accompagne des programmes d’implémentation de plus en plus stratégiques et complexes. Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons des Senior Project Managers capables d’apporter rapidement de la structure, d’aligner les parties prenantes et de sécuriser l’exécution des projets dès leurs premières phases. Dans ce rôle, vous intervenez dès le cadrage du projet jusqu’à sa mise en production. Vous définissez l’approche projet, la gouvernance et les conditions nécessaires à une exécution fiable et maîtrisée. Les projets démarrent souvent dans des environnements où le périmètre, les attentes et les priorités évoluent rapidement, ce qui nécessite une forte capacité de structuration et d’alignement dès le départ. Votre impact se mesure par votre capacité à apporter de la clarté, à sécuriser la delivery et à prévenir les situations critiques avant qu’elles n’apparaissent. Vous jouez également un rôle clé dans la montée en maturité de l’organisation projet de Planon, en apportant davantage de cohérence et de rigueur dans la gestion des implémentations complexes à l’international. Vos responsabilités Piloter des projets complexes d’implémentation SaaS à l’international, depuis les phases de cadrage et de planification jusqu’à la mise en production à travers la région EMEA Définir l’approche projet, la gouvernance et la structure des implémentations avec les clients enterprise, en traduisant les attentes initiales en un plan réaliste et exécutable Transformer des contextes complexes ou évolutifs en périmètres clairs, plans structurés et attentes alignées entre les différentes parties prenantes Coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires composées de consultants, architectes, équipes offshore et partenaires externes Assurer l’alignement des parties prenantes senior et anticiper les risques grâce à une gouvernance structurée et un pilotage proactif Garantir une approche d’implémentation standardisée et pérenne, en limitant les développements spécifiques non nécessaires

Nous recherchons un Senior Project Manager capable d’évoluer dans des environnements enterprise complexes et d’apporter structure, clarté et maîtrise à des projets à fort impact. Vous savez rapidement comprendre de nouveaux contextes, structurer la complexité et construire des plans d’exécution solides et réalistes. 7+ années d’expérience dans des environnements projets complexes (une expérience dans le SaaS enterprise, l’ERP ou des environnements similaires constitue un atout important, sans être indispensable) Capacité démontrée à comprendre rapidement de nouveaux domaines et à transformer la complexité en approches projet structurées Excellentes compétences en gouvernance, planification et gestion de parties prenantes senior, y compris au niveau direction Expérience dans la gestion de projets internationaux impliquant plusieurs équipes et parties prenantes Certification PMI (ou équivalent) requise ou fortement souhaitée Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable ; le néerlandais, le français ou l’allemand constituent un plus

Planon is scaling its international delivery organization and moving into larger, more complex enterprise implementations. This requires Senior Project Managers who can create structure early, align stakeholders, and ensure predictable delivery in environments where scope, expectations, and execution typically evolve during the early phases of a project. In this role, you take ownership from early scoping through to go-live. You shape how projects are set up, define the delivery approach, and ensure execution stays controlled and aligned. Projects typically start with evolving scope and require early structuring and alignment before delivery can begin in a predictable way. Your impact is measured in clarity, predictability, and the ability to prevent issues before they escalate. You also play a key role in strengthening delivery maturity across the PM organization as Planon grows its international enterprise footprint, bringing consistency in how complex implementations are structured and delivered. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex enterprise environments and knows how to bring structure, clarity, and control to high-impact implementations. You quickly understand new domains, structure complexity, and create delivery plans that hold up in practice. 7+ years of experience in complex project environments (enterprise SaaS, ERP, or similar is a strong plus, not a requirement) Proven ability to quickly understand new domains and translate complexity into structured delivery plans Strong governance, planning, and senior stakeholder management skills, including C-level exposure Experience managing international, multi-stakeholder delivery environments PMI certification (or equivalent) is required or strongly expected Fluent in English. North America is one of Planon’s fastest-growing and most strategic markets. To support this growth, we are hiring a Field Marketing Specialist to help execute regional marketing initiatives and support pipeline generation, customer engagement, and market visibility. In this role, you will work closely with a small local marketing team and Sales, translating global marketing programs into impactful regional campaigns. You will be hands-on across events and digital demand generation, while learning to prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will be part of a global marketing organization and will have the opportunity to grow your skills and scope as the North American business continues to scale. What you will do Support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events such as tradeshows, customer sessions, roundtables, and webinars, focusing on quality and impact rather than volume. Execute integrated demand generation campaigns, including digital, webinar, event-led, and account-based initiatives, in collaboration with Sales and the regional marketing lead. Coordinate marketing activities across multiple projects, working with Sales, Account Management, global marketing teams, and external vendors. Create and manage event and campaign assets, and localize global content for the North American market. What you bring You are curious, structured, and hands-on, with a strong interest in B2B marketing and a desire to grow in a regional field marketing role. Ben jij de specialist die de taal van installaties én de NEN 2767 vloeiend spreekt? Heb jij ervaring met het objectief beoordelen van werktuigkundige installaties en weet je exact hoe je gebreken vertaalt naar een messcherpe conditiescore en onderhoudsadvies? Voor deze rol zoeken we een Vastgoedinspecteur W, die theorie en praktijk moeiteloos combineert. Is dit jouw expertise? Dan gaan we graag met je in gesprek. Collega Koos vertelt je graag meer over deze rol: 'Als inspecteur gebouwgebonden installaties houd ik mij voornamelijk bezig met het inspecteren en inventariseren van alle gebouwgebonden installaties en liften. Dit doe ik volgens de norm NEN2767 en of RVB-BOEI. Denk hierbij aan installaties van kantoorpanden, Rijksoverheidsgebouwen, zwembaden, ziekenhuizen, scholen e.d. Door de hoeveelheid soorten installaties die je tegenkomt in de diverse panden, verbreed je je kennis op installatievlak aanzienlijk. Daarnaast is het mijn taak om mijn kennis te delen en ‘junior’ inspecteurs op te leiden op het gebied van installaties. Door het delen van kennis blijf je jezelf stimuleren om scherp te blijven. Wat mij aanspreekt in deze functie is de verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid die ik krijg. Daarnaast is de combinatie praktisch en theoretisch denken erg waardevol. Ook de vrijheid van plannen is aangenaam en hierdoor werk ik in verhouding 60/40 wanneer het om buiten- en kantoorwerkzaamheden gaat. Ook de korte lijntjes tussen de collega’s is aangenaam. Indien het bijvoorbeeld om verduurzamen gaat kan je makkelijk sparren met een bouwkundige collega. Tot slot maak ik deel uit van een jong, gedreven en betrokken team wat de collegiale sfeer echt goed maakt.' Verantwoordelijkheden: Inventariseren en inspecteren gebouwgebonden installaties (W/E) conform de NEN 2767 en RVBBOEI systematiek; Verwerken van inspectiegegevens, opstellen van inspectierapportages en meerjaren onderhoudsplannen (MJOP’s) en secuur vastleggen van alle informatie in onze systemen; Plannen van eigen werkzaamheden in overleg met de projectleider; Zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en binnen budget opleveren van de eigen werkzaamheden; Actief volgen van de ontwikkelingen en trends in het werkveld en de markt en kennisdeling met collega’s opzoeken; Volgen van (interne) trainingen en/of opleidingen.

Omdat je met verschillende systemen werkt, zoeken we iemand die van nature handig is met automatisering. Ook ben je veel onderweg binnen Nederland en België, je moet het dus niet erg vinden om in de auto te zitten. We zoeken tot slot iemand die over een groot verantwoordelijkheids- en veiligheidsgevoel beschikt. Wat vragen wij van je? Een afgeronde opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde minimaal op MBO-niveau BOL4 en een geldige (VOL)VCA-certificering (of bereidheid om deze te behalen); Kennis van wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot installaties; Minimaal 3 jaar relevante en aantoonbare werkervaring op het gebied van NEN2767 vastgoedinspecties Kennis van E-installaties is een pre Sertum of Hobéon geregistreerd RVBBOEI, IIV, IAV of NEN2767 is een pre, evenals branche gerelateerde certificeringen (zoals EPA-U, NEN3140 V(O)P en STEK). Koos: 'Omdat wij streven naar een hoge kwaliteit van onze inspecties en adviezen en out of the box moeten denken blijf ik mezelf constant uitdagen. Zo zorg ik dat ik up-to-date blijf op het gebied van werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische installaties, innovatiekennis en aanverwante zaken; zoals bijvoorbeeld duurzaamheid of brandveiligheid. Planon stimuleert deze kennisontwikkeling; in mijn geval bijvoorbeeld door het beschikbaar stellen van een studiebudget voor de opleiding Integraal Inspecteur Vastgoed Transport techniek.'
