2026-1785 - Senior Project Manager EMEA M/F/D

Berufsprofil : Customer Services - Services/Senior Project Manager
Vertragsart : Vollzeit

In this role, you take ownership from initial project scoping through successful go-live. Translate evolving requirements into clear scope definitions, aligned stakeholder expectations, and executable delivery plans.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across consulting, architecture, offshore delivery, and partner ecosystems.

Berufsprofil : Customer Services - Services/Senior Project Manager
Vertragsart : Vollzeit
Beschreibung der Stelle :
Planon is scaling its international delivery organization and moving into larger, more complex enterprise implementations. This requires Senior Project Managers who can create structure early, align stakeholders, and ensure predictable delivery in environments where scope, expectations, and execution typically evolve during the early phases of a project.
In this role, you take ownership from early scoping through to go-live. You shape how projects are set up, define the delivery approach, and ensure execution stays controlled and aligned. Projects typically start with evolving scope and require early structuring and alignment before delivery can begin in a predictable way. Your impact is measured in clarity, predictability, and the ability to prevent issues before they escalate.
You also play a key role in strengthening delivery maturity across the PM organization as Planon grows its international enterprise footprint, bringing consistency in how complex implementations are structured and delivered.
What you’ll be doing
Lead complex international SaaS implementation projects from early scoping and planning through go-live across EMEA
Define delivery approach, governance, and implementation structure together with enterprise customers, translating early expectations into a realistic and executable delivery plan
Translate ambiguity into clear scope, aligned stakeholder expectations, and structured delivery plans that hold up in execution
Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams including consultants, architects, offshore resources, and partners
Manage senior stakeholders and proactively prevent risks and escalations through structured governance and continuous alignment
Protect Planon’s standard product model by balancing customer ambition with a scalable implementation approach and limiting unnecessary customization

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex enterprise environments and knows how to bring structure, clarity, and control to high-impact implementations. You quickly understand new domains, structure complexity, and create delivery plans that hold up in practice.
7+ years of experience in complex project environments (enterprise SaaS, ERP, or similar is a strong plus, not a requirement)
Proven ability to quickly understand new domains and translate complexity into structured delivery plans
Strong governance, planning, and senior stakeholder management skills, including C-level exposure
Experience managing international, multi-stakeholder delivery environments
PMI certification (or equivalent) is required or strongly expected
Fluent in English and Dutch. Fluency in French, or German is a strong plus
2026-1704 - Vastgoedinspecteur Gebouwinstallaties (W/E) – NEN2767 / BOEI

Berufsprofil : Customer Services - Building Management Services/Maintenance Inspector
Vertragsart : Employee

Afwisselende projecten in verschillende gebouwen

You have proficiency with AI-assisted development tools, and a drive to contribute to Planon's continued market leadership.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

You combine user empathy with structured design thinking and the ability to work confidently with technical and product stakeholders. You communicate clearly, collaborate proactively, and are comfortable turning complex workflows into simple, usable digital experiences.
This role is a great fit if:
You have a minimum of 5 years of UX design experience, ideally with B2B software, SaaS or enterprise applications.
You can independently conduct user research, identify user needs, and translate findings into practical design solutions.

You communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders and can explain design choices in a clear, structured way.
You are fluent in English. Dutch language skills are a plus where relevant for customer or local stakeholder interaction.
You have a portfolio that demonstrates UX projects, design thinking, and your ability to solve complex user problems.
A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, HTML/CSS understanding, or experience with AI-enabled UX is considered advantageous.
