Planon's Real Estate Software department is a leading software company dedicated to innovating financial forecasting within the Real Estate sector. We empower our clients with advanced tools and expert insights to drive their development projects forward.
We are seeking an eager BI Consultant to join our Real Estate Services team. This role is crucial for determining and building customized reporting and analytics solutions in collaboration with our clients.
Key responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and define their reporting requirements.
Design and develop robust business intelligence solutions using Power BI, SSRS, and Excel.
Ensure the accuracy and functionality of data models and reports.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for business intelligence applications.
Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of business intelligence tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new data sources and improve existing platforms.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SQL, Power BI, and Excel, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proven experience as a BI Consultant or Data Analyst.
Proven expertise in SQL and Microsoft Power BI and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SSRS. 
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to a non-technical audience. 
Fluent in English, professional fluency in Dutch.
It would be a plus if you have:
Experience in the Real Estate sector or financial forecasting. 
Experience with Data Lakes.
Fluency in German and/or French.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Minimum level of education required : &lt;/b&gt;Bachelor&lt;br /&gt;

Your role
Own and nurture a portfolio of approximately 700 customers, from single-license users to enterprise accounts with 150 to 200 users
Strengthen relationships through proactive engagement, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Develop strategic account plans that align customer goals with our Real Estate Solution
Deliver impactful presentations and proposals that demonstrate clear business value
Collaborate internally with sales colleagues, consultants, and support teams to provide tailored solutions
Stay ahead of market trends to anticipate customer needs and reinforce our position as a trusted partner&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Proven experience in account management for complex software or real estate solutions
