As an Implementation Consultant Real Estate at Planon, you turn the way customers operate into practical, working solutions in Planon Real Estate / COOR. You don’t just advise, you build, configure and deliver systems that people use every day. Working on small, fast-paced projects, you take ownership from initial setup through go-live and early adoption. You are close to the customer, close to the product, and directly responsible for making sure the solution works in practice. With limited travel and a strong team around you, this role offers a hands-on path to grow into a specialist at the intersection of real estate, software and data. What you’ll do Implement Planon Real Estate / COOR software for customers across Austria and the DACH region Translate customer requirements into system configurations, workflows and data structures Configure the application, including data setup and imports Run workshops and training sessions to support implementation and user adoption Own the implementation process end-to-end, including coordination and post go-live support

Comfortable working in customer-facing environments, you take ownership and enjoy turning requirements into practical solutions. You bring: A background or degree in Real Estate, Facility Management, Architecture, Construction or a related field Strong interest in software, systems and working with data Up to 3 years of experience, or a motivated graduate eager to grow into an implementation role Ability to translate customer needs into practical, system-based solutions Fluent in German and English Based in Salzburg or Graz

Do you want to be leading the way with the latest technology and AI within our Finance processes, analytics and reporting? At Planon, a global, fast-growing SaaS organization and part of Schneider Electric, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will not only build and interpret value adding analytics but will do so by pioneering with latest developments. In this role, you will go beyond traditional financial control. You will be one of our quartermasters guiding the Finance community into new ways of working using latest FinTechs. You will be supporting the strategy to make this transition in Finance. What will you do Support the Business Controllers and Manager FP&A with value added reports, analytics and interpretations to determine data driven business decisions. Analyze financial results and translate data into clear, actionable business insights. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Monitor internal and external trends and benchmarks as input for both short- and long-term decision making. Support initiatives that drive profitability and operational efficiency in both Business End-to-End processes and surely within Finance processes with particular focus on reporting and analytics.

At Planon, part of Schneider Electric, we are looking for a Senior Business Controller who will act as a strategic finance partner to one of the most significant and business-critical areas of our organization. In this role, you will challenge and support the business to unlock and maximize our strategic growth initiatives. You will translate complex financial data into actionable insights, enabling data driven decision-making and driving sustainable growth across multiple international regions. This is a highly visible position with substantial impact, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a large share of company revenue and to grow into broader responsibilities over time. What will you do Act as the financial business partner for your domain, supporting strategic and operational decision-making. Analyze financial results and translate data into clear, actionable business insights. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for your areas of responsibility. Monitor and optimize P&L performance, applying and optimizing SaaS metrics a/o Services kpi’s, identifying risks and opportunities and proactively advising stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge the business constructively. Proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to operate independently at a senior level while collaborating effectively within a team. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
