Do you want to drive the success of innovative software solutions while shaping strategic partnerships? At Planon, part of Schneider Electric, you will act as the connecting link between Solutions Centers, Business Areas, marketing, and sales. You will ensure our solutions are positioned, understood, and sold effectively by sales teams and partners such as SAP and Schneider Electric. You will translate market insights into compelling value propositions, pricing principles, and go-to-market strategies. In doing so, you accelerate go-to-market initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and ensure Planon stands out in a competitive market.
What you will do
Translate complex software solutions into clear value propositions, pricing principles, and messaging;
Develop sales enablement materials for internal teams and partners such as SAP;
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors in the Real Estate and Facility Management software market and translate insights into commercial opportunities;
Coordinate complex, international projects with internal teams and partners;
Advise marketing on content-driven propositions, ensuring messaging aligns with specific market needs;
Shape go-to-market strategies and product positioning within the portfolio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
3+ years in an internationally oriented solution or product marketing role for B2B software, SaaS, or ERP, with measurable success in sales enablement, product positioning, and go-to-market launches.
Led or coordinated complex, international projects across Product, Solutions Centers, Marketing, and Sales, delivering concrete outcomes.
Analyzed market trends, customer needs, and competitors, translating insights into value propositions and pricing strategies.
Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, or ERP platforms, translating product functionality into commercial value for customers and sales.
Highly proactive and autonomous, fluent in English and proficiency in Dutch and/or German is a plus&lt;br /&gt;

As a New Business Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our expansion in one of Europe’s most strategic markets. This role is about winning new enterprise customers, opening doors at senior level, and positioning Planon as the IWMS standard across Germany.
You’ll operate with real ownership and autonomy, backed by a global market leader, proven solutions, and the strength of Schneider Electric. If you’re driven by impact, complex deals, and the opportunity to truly build something, this role gives you the platform to do exactly that.
What you’ll do
You will own new‑business growth in Germany from end to end. That means identifying and winning strategic enterprise customers, navigating complex decision‑making environments, and positioning Planon as the long‑term IWMS partner of choice. You’ll take full responsibility for your territory, from first conversation to signed deal, supported by a strong regional and global organization.
Specifically, you will:
Proactively identify, engage, and convert new enterprise customers across Germany
Build and execute a focused territory and account strategy aligned with Planon’s growth ambitions
Lead complex sales cycles, engaging senior stakeholders across real estate, facilities, IT, and finance
Follow up on inbound leads, demo requests, and campaigns with urgency and commercial ownership
Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline, managing opportunities, pricing, and contracts in Salesforce
Represent Planon in the market at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences as a trusted advisor and thought partner
This is a pure new‑business role. Your success is measured by impact: pipeline quality, new logos, and revenue growth.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
You are a commercially sharp, self‑driven sales professional who enjoys building markets, not just maintaining them. You’re comfortable operating independently, but you know how to leverage internal expertise to win complex deals.
You bring:
Strong understanding of the German enterprise market, ideally across large commercial or public‑sector organizations
Fluency in German and English
At least 5 years of experience in new‑business B2B software sales, preferably in IWMS, facility management, real estate, asset management, or enterprise SaaS
Proven experience selling complex, consultative solutions with longer sales cycles
The credibility to engage senior decision‑makers and guide them through change
A mindset built around ownership, resilience, and results
Experience with building management or workplace technology is a strong advantage. If not, you bring the curiosity and learning agility to master a sophisticated product and domain quickly.&lt;br /&gt;

Drive the development of the Europe West partner ecosystem and transform it into a measurable revenue engine. At Planon, this role is central to accelerating our Europe West growth strategy. What will you do 
Build and expand Planon’s Europe West partner ecosystem, targeting resellers and implementation partners in relevant industries.
Identify, recruit and contract new partners aligned with our growth strategy and ideal customer profile.
Develop structured joint business plans per partner, defining target industries, territories, revenue goals and activity levels.
 Drive partner-led pipeline creation, supporting opportunity development from qualification to closing customer wins.
Monitor performance, track forecasts and challenge partners on activity, pipeline progression and revenue delivery.
Work closely with internal sales, pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure partners are enabled, trained and positioned for success.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
We are looking for a commercially driven partner sales professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and takes ownership for results.
Proven experience in partner or channel sales within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Demonstrated track record of generating new revenue through indirect sales channels.
Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems in a developing or greenfield market.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive structure, accountability and measurable outcomes.
Confident and direct communicator, comfortable engaging with partner leadership and senior stakeholders.
