We’re looking for a tech-savvy Digital Content & Campaign Marketer to help accelerate both pipeline and customer growth. In this role, you will develop compelling digital assets and run multi-channel campaigns that boost product awareness and deliver measurable impact across our key business lines.

You will work in our Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) to build, manage, and optimize campaigns, using data and insights to improve performance and drive results. Additionally, you will also write engaging ad copy for social media, search and email campaigns, ensuring every message speaks to the right audience at the right time. You are innovative: always on the forefront of new ideas, eager to test and improve marketing tactics while investing in your own growth.

You successfully fulfil your role by:

  • Campaign Ownership: Owning content and integrated campaign strategy and execution for prospects and customers to realize acquisition, retention and loyalty of customers accelerating pipeline growth.
  • Demand Generation: Realizing new business growth and tailoring marketing strategies.
  • Buyer insights: Gaining insights into target audiences and personas, informing strategic decisions on where and how to win.
  • Customer Retention and Advocacy: Realizing up- and cross sell across the business lines and markets.
  • Budget and ROI: Track ROI and budget, providing insights and recommendations for improvement, influencing the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance insights.

Profile

At Planon we deliver in-house software solutions that enable our clients to effectively solve their challenges – and that’s no simple task. To fulfil this task, we need you to be hands-on, client-oriented and analytical. You have a proven B2B Marketing track record. Experience working in a corporate environment and decentralised marketing organisation is a plus.

 

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

  • A relevant university degree, for example in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • 5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably within the IT or software branch.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven, results-focused environment, while having strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with a broad set of Marketing disciplines, including but not limited to demand generation marketing and content marketing.
  • Previous experience in running Marketing campaigns using marketing automation tooling such as Marketo and SalesForce CRM would be a huge beneficial.
  • Previous exposure to Account Based Marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Self-motivated team player and an excellent networker.
  • All other languages will bring you higher on our shortlist of candidates.
