We are looking for a structured and proactive new colleague who can be effective for our dynamic team and our clients within Field Services.

As an International Inside Sales professional, your primary focus is to support Key Account Managers and New Business Sales Managers within your team. You do this by processing customer information requests, keeping our CRM system (Salesforce) up to date, preparing account plans, following up on quotations, and working on new business bids. You also play an active role in contributing to team objectives. Your support makes a real impact on customer relationships, especially by helping your sales colleagues manage their customers and prospects effectively.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Account Managers and New Business Sales with customer requests, quotations, and account planning.
  • Managing CRM updates (Salesforce), ensuring accurate customer and sales data.
  • Coordinating meetings, demos, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the preparation of bids, proposals, and customer documentation.
  • Generating and qualifying leads through inbound and outbound outreach.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has 2–3 years of sales experience and a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Communicates effectively, has a commercial drive and builds strong internal and external networks.
  • Thrives in a multi-region or global sales environment.
  • Is fluent in Dutch and English, proficiency in German and/or French is a strong plus.
  • Brings an entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude
  • Able to work from our Nijmegen HQ
