Job description

As Business Operations Analyst, you are responsible for overseeing and improving the operational performance of the Business Lines through data-driven insights, analyses and recommendations. This role combines strategic oversight with operational execution, including business analysis, project management, and advisory activities across key areas such as sales effectiveness, process optimization in sales and marketing, and service planning and delivery. 


You lead the annual budget and strategic planning processes for the Business Lines and ensure effective execution and monitoring. The role involves close coordination with departments including Sales, Marketing, Services, Finance, and Support to ensure alignment of operational objectives. 


A key part of the role is to monitor the business performance based on data analysis, initiate and drive improvement initiatives at both global and Business Area level, and to implement performance dashboards and KPI tracking tools to support data-driven decision-making. 


Reporting line: COO, Business Lines Facilities & Field Services. 
 

You successfully fulfil your role by:

  • Managing business and financial planning and monitoring process for Business Lines Facilities and Field services, with a primary focus on pipeline and order intake development; 
  • Working closely with the COO to manage the progress and execution of the plans; 
  • Supporting strategic initiatives to enhance Customer Experience, such as the annual customer survey, case studies, and the customer reference program; 
  • Analyze  performance data and indicators, proactively highlight deviations, start initiatives to get or keep business progress on track; 
  • Identifying bottlenecks and hurdles and propose solutions; 
  • Proposing improvement initiatives focused on long-term profitable growth of the Business Lines, global or local; 
  • Working closely with GMs and sales and services directors to support their business performance.

  • Affinity with financial budgeting and forecasting; 
  • Experience in and strong affinity with data analysis; 
  • Understanding business planning and review processes and GoToMarket strategies; 
  • Being able to define setups of relevant KPIs and dashboards; 
  • Able to initiate and run improvement projects;
  • Seniority to discuss and contribute on company leadership (EMT, GM, directors) level.
