Planon Nordics is seeking an Account Manager to nurture and grow long-term partnerships with our clients throughout Sweden and the wider Nordic region. As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for strategic accounts, helping clients maximize the value of our smart building management software. You’ll anticipate client needs, advise on solutions, and ensure they succeed on their workplace technology journey.

You’ll be the trusted partner and face of Planon in the Nordics—responsible for client satisfaction, engagement, and growth.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong executive-level and stakeholder relationships with your assigned accounts to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic account plans, guiding your clients in leveraging Planon’s full suite of products, services, and partner solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements, renewals, customizations, and service add-ons.
  • Lead regular business reviews to align client goals with Planon’s solutions.
  • Be a consultative partner by understanding your clients' business needs and providing expert advice based on industry knowledge and our technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless experiences and innovative solutions.
  • Spot upsell opportunities and develop compelling value propositions tailored to each client’s goals.

 

Profile

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Brings 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success, within software or technology sectors.
  • Has experience working with enterprise clients / multintionals in the Nordic region.
  • Speaks Swedish and English fluently (additional Nordic languages are a plus).
  • Is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and confident in communication—both written and verbal.
  • Is entrepreneurial, consultative, and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
