Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partner strategy aligned with North American revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with implementation and reseller partners.
- Drive partner sales performance through training, enablement, and joint business planning.
- Analyze partner performance data, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless partner and client experiences.
We’re looking for a strategic relationship builder with a passion for channel sales and a drive to make an impact. You bring extensive experience in partner management, a proven record of exceeding targets, and the ability to lead, collaborate, and grow our North American partner ecosystem.
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years or equivalent expertise) in sales, business development, or channel/partner management, with a proven record of exceeding performance targets.
- Demonstrated success building and managing strategic partner relationships, including enablement, performance tracking, and growth initiatives.
- Deep understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems, ideally within Facilities Management or Real Estate sectors.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within North America; reasonable accommodations will be considered.
