Do you want to play a key role in delivering and shaping a large-scale cloud platform within a complex enterprise environment? At Planon, part of Schneider Electric, you will be at the heart of our cloud domain, driving delivery, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring our platform continues to evolve in a scalable and reliable way. 

In this role, you will work closely with the Product Manager (Cloud) and CTO, as well as engineering and platform teams, to translate needs into actionable solutions and ensure smooth execution in a fast-paced, technically driven environment. 
This is a hands-on delivery role with strong technical involvement, not a purely strategic or process-heavy position. 
 
What will you do 

• Act as the central point of coordination between product, engineering, and cloud stakeholders. 
• Translate business and platform needs into actionable deliverables.
• Drive backlog prioritization and support delivery planning in an Agile environment. 
• Take ownership of escalations and critical issues, ensuring timely resolution. 
• Facilitate discussions around AWS cloud infrastructure and platforms (EKS, ECS, etc.). 
• Collaborate with cloud engineers, DevOps, and platform teams to deliver solutions. 
• Ensure progress in a complex environment. 
• Contribute to functional design and solution direction, balancing business needs and technical feasibility. 
• Operate in a high-impact environment managing a globally distributed, production-critical platform.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria: 

• Experience in roles such as Technical Business Analyst, or Product Owner. 
• Strong experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure and platforms (EKS, ECS, etc.). 
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (EKS) and cloud-native environments. 
• Experience working in stakeholder-heavy environments, including senior technical stakeholders. 
• Hands-on, delivery-driven mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage escalations and ambiguity. 
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. 
• Background in consulting is a plus. 
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English is a must.
