As a Product Owner, you will:

• Translate high-level product requirements into clear, detailed functional designs and user stories for development teams.
• Work closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and developers to refine requirements, align goals, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Define specifications for framework components, APIs, integrations, and ensure smooth platform interoperability.
• Plan and manage sprints, lead refinement sessions, and monitor delivery to maintain high usability and performance standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for technical clarifications, proactively coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner with a passion for functional design and software product development. You have the ability to balance legacy technologies with modern innovations and thrive in an Agile software environment. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive product development and strategic direction.

Our ideal Product Owner meets the following criteria:

• Has proven experience translating product requirements into clear, detailed functional designs and user stories for software development teams.
• Has professional experience working as a Product Owner or Software Product Owner in an Agile software company.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework, with practical experience in sprint planning and backlog management.
• Has hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools for task tracking and documentation.
• Is fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
